On February 6, 2020, the Board of Directors of the World Health Assembly decided to request the WHO Executive Secretary to prepare an NTD roadmap and submit it to the World Health Assembly. This has increased the likelihood that the NTD Roadmap will be adopted at the World Health Assembly in May this year.
